Originally created by John Brooke (DEC) in 1986, "SUS" is one of the best known standardized . It focuses on providing lightweight (10 questions) subjective feedback from users. Because it is so well known and used, there are also a large number of reviews and evaluations of its effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses.
